Please review our FAQs for the most up-to-date information about our Software and Services.What payment methods does StandardPay offer its Merchants?
StandardPay processes transactions for all major international Credit Cards, Online check (US checking accounts only), Web 900 - Telephone Billing (one-time payments only - not recurring)
Also, StandardPay supports the following types of subscriptions: One-time Billing (subscriptions is valid for a specified length of time) Recurring Billing (subscriptions will be automatically rebilled at the end of each subscription period until the customer cancels it.)What interfaces do you provide for processing?
StandardPay is a service for membership-based websites only. We will NOT provide API, Shopping carts, WhiteLabel and similar solutions. You will have to process through secure payment pages.
What currencies can you accept transactions in?
We can work with transactions in USA Dollars and in Euros.
If I apply for a merchant account with your company will it be direct Internet merchant account (IMA)?
Certainly, you will get your own Internet Merchant Account with your own descriptor. This payment solution allows you to conduct your on-line business on a fundamentally new basis with all VISA/MC rules and regulations compliance and really stable credit card acceptance process. You will receive Your own direct contract with the acquiring bank.
What else can you offer to receive payments on my web-site besides IMA solution?
At present we only offer our clients either to use their own IMAs or to apply for one through our partners, we do not offer any aggregation solutions.
Can I have more than one website under one StandardPay account or do I need to open separate account for each website?
StandardPay provides you the ability to add as many web-sites as you need to your StandardPay account. This will allow you to setup pricing, subscriptions, order pages and reseller commissions separately to a particular web-site.
How will I get paid?
If You will use Your own merchant account than obviously You will continue receiving payments from Your financial institution (acquirer). If You will apply and be approved for a merchant account from one of our banking partners then You will be paid directly from the acquirer. We will collect our fees through monthly or bi-monthly invoices issued to Your company!
How often are payments made?
Since You will receive direct payments from the acquirer, that depends on the policy of the acquirer, which will accept Your application. Normally the acquirer pays out its merchants on a daily basis or a weekly basis.
Is credit card data safe with you?
All private credit card information is always safe with our company. All our payment solutions absolutely compliance with major payment platform’s strict demands. You can always be sure that the services we provide you with are always secure.
Do you provide customer support?
Yes. We offer true non outsourced dedicated 24/7/365 telephone and e-mail support for your customers.
Are there any restrictions on the amount I can charge for my goods/services using Your software?
In fact, you can not charge for your services lower than 3 USD and more than 70 USD.
Does StandardPay hold a reserve from each transaction?
StandardPay does not act as an "aggregator" or "third party biller", we do not put ourselves in between our clients and their banks financial flows and thus are unable to collect reserves or rolling reservers. However the acquirer may choose to collect certain security rolling reserve for Your type of business. Typically the reserve would be between 5% and 10% of Your monthly volume. There are exceptions though, if Your transactions are handled in 3D Secure (Verify By Visa) and Mastercard SecureCode environment than the reserve is usually less because the risk involved is also less.
Does StandardPay include fraud screening technology?
Yes, it does. Very advanced. We run transactions through outsourced several negative databases (largest ones used by majority of known high and low risk processors). From our e-commerce and online processing experience, we have developed a really top-notch antifraud platform which includes different filters and allows to prevent fraudulent issues and to reduce sales loss. Please contact our representatives to find more about our antifraud methods.
Does StandardPay support recurring billing?
Yes, our system supports transactions that automatically recur at pre-determined intervals.
Does StandardPay have any restrictions on what I can sell on my site with StandardPay?
Yes, we do. Please contact us directly to find out exact information, but in general please take a notice that we are primarily targeted on assisting membership based websites.
Can I sell tangible merchandise using StandardPay?
Nope. StandardPay is designed for membership-based websites only.
Will I need to purchase and/or install any special software or hardware to use StandardPay?
No, you will not. StandardPay provides everything you will need to process online transactions. We will also provide full support with the creation of the interface required for our systems to communicate with each other.
